You can chow very nicely at the upscale spot called The Grill, at the Ritz Carlton (4750 Amelia Island Pkwy.). For breakfast, you should hit Bright Mornings (105 South 3rd Street).

Oh yeah, it is time to take a dip in one of the various sparkling swimming pools. We like to hit the pool after playing around in the Ocean. At the Beach Club, you do not even have to bring a towel, as the hotel pool service is excellent.

Everyone will love the pools, the ocean, and the water sports. But, even when you head back to your room, you are not disappointed.
