A: Come on in, thanks for your visit. A nice one to think about. A Miami Herald news article on Mangrove Mamas Key Lime Pie (MM21) and the secret recipe was the source of my learning of this Island Treat. It has just four items. One can fat-free sweetened condensed milk, one-half cup Nellie Joes Key West Lime Juice, an eight ounce fat-free cool whip, and a ready to go low-fat pie crust. Just mix the first three items well, pour into crust, and refrigerate for an hour or so. Alrighty, do knock it out. Out.
