Just have to Recommend Scooter Transportation

Most of the walking tours of Key West stick only to the lower end of the island, as that is where more of the history is found. The Strand Theater sure jumps out as something sort of odd, but uniquely special. We find that getting around on scooters is the way to go. The weekly rentals aren't that bad, and Key West travel effectiveness could not be better.

Forget the car in Key West
Having a bicycle is so important down on this island. Parking is easier too, plus you will see everything that makes this town so fabulous. Leaving the car in the parking lot is my kind beer drinking vacation!
