Cajun Shrimp and Pasta Dish

A flavorful shrimp recipe they were making at the shrimp festival was cajun shrimp. So yummy, made with a nice mix of garlic, peppers, stewed tomatoes, white wine, plenty of tabasco sauce, and seasonings the chef won't tell. It all goes over pasta...so nice!

Seafood is the King of Beach!
I drove out with local Boater Jim to Ft. Myers Beach today. He wanted to show me his secret spots. One place was a seafood market at the Shrimp Docks. I bought 5 pounds of shrimp that came right off the boats! Big and fresh...Each month I can buy 5 pounds and we can make all kinds of neat recipes. The small pieces we can save to train the kitty to jump thru hoops!
