Boating vacations in St. Petersburg
This is one of the Marina Districts which can handle very large boats, even ships. But if you just have an 18 foot boat it is just perfect too. The water around St. Petersburg can get choppy but you really do not have major waves or any issues, as long as the winds are 10 mph or less. The hotel is super.

You can rent or bring your boat here, which is really nice. We like to take our boat on all of our Florida weekend getaways and only pick the hotels that are boater-friendly. You have lots of things to see in this area, it is a top rated city scene. They have so much here and tennis is huge on the clay courts.
