Selby Gardens
A locals favorite is the Bayfront Selby Gardens. This is an open-air and under-glass museum showcasing thousands of colorful plants, gardens, and tropical plants.

Just a few miles south of Siesta Key is this secluded beach park, mostly used by locals. If you can bring you bikes, the area is just fantastic for exploring the lush surroundings. Has a 2-lane boat ramp and bayside picnic pavilions.
