The call this the upper keys, but I think it is just the same as the lower. Maybe I am the only one that thought the people implied that the Lower Keys were better than the Upper Keys. Forget the myth, let me put that right to bottom of the ocean. It rocks here, with great water clarity and loads of reefs to hit.
