Quality life and Easy Living is Prime

Good place to live and buy a home. The real estate is dirt cheap around the city center and gets cheaper still as you go inland away from the beaches. The water is everything and a canal home is the best way to go. I think the real estate that has the ability to have a dock and boat is your best bet in Fernandina Beach.

Jack & Diane's at 708 Centre Street
One of the good restaurants is Jack & Diane's, we love it. Located at 708 Centre Street, in Fernandina Beach. Oh, what a classic dish is the Shrimp and Grits, as the pink shrimps are stewed and served with the best grits. It is amazing.
