Topless is the Way to Go!
Locals come here to go topless, as the amount of people that use this beach is tiny compared to the main beach areas. Parking can be tough (winter months with blue sky's) on the weekends, so you can alter over a few blocks where there is free parking. A metered parking and clean beach, no cigarette butts or crap on the beach. Very nice place.
