Yeah...We can Afford the Water!
With zillions of miles of canals (yes, they dredged the entire city years ago) it was no wonder that the area has a surplus of waterfront real estate. Having less commercial industry and no primary business nucleus, they sell the homes so cheap here. A great community, since everyone already lives on the water, you do not have to pay the big premium here in Cape Coral. This is an excellent spot for a second home.
