Be sure to take advantage of Water Recreation
Cape Coral waterfront real estate has all that. You get a boat out back behind your house, the beaches at Captiva, Sanibel, Ft. Myers Beach, and Boca Grande are just the best, and the boating along Pine Island, Matlacha, and St. James City are minutes away.

Thank goodness real estate prices are more in line with expectations. Waterfront living is still the best thing going on in Cape Coral and we have so much more that Fort Myers.

It is the perfect time of year to enjoy all of the recreational boating opportunities we have here in the city of Cape Coral. What makes us special is the abundance of canals, most of which have direct access to the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf waters. People that live in Southeast Cape Coral have only a 20 to 30 minute ride to get out to Big Pine Pass. We have it so good!
