Pine Island located on Florida's Nature Coast

Just watch the fishing shows on TV during the weekends, as a big majority feature Pine Island's and its rich fishing heritage.

	Here is the Tarpon Lodge, a classic in Florida history, dating back to 1926. The lodge is well known for its great charter fishing and the picturesque sunsets.
	Pine Island has some great waterfront restaurants. A great place to come by boat or water is the Double Nichol Pub, on the south end at St. James City.
	Pine Island boating covers a big area, from south of Charlotte Harbor, Boca Grande, and the islands of Cayo Costa, North Captiva and Sanibel.
	We just love walking out on the docks and enjoying the views.
